 College Football: Per ESPN, The owner of the SUV that USC Trojans running back Joe McKnight has been seen driving says it was bought for the junior's girlfriend as a favor.
In e-mails to the Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily News,
Scott Schenter, a Santa Monica, Calif., businessman, said the car is
driven by Johana Michelle Beltran -- McKnight's girlfriend -- and that
he helped purchase the Land Rover because Beltran's family had trouble
qualifying for a loan.
My take? Schenter sounds like a sugar daddy and it is leaving a
not so sweet taste in USC’s mouth. But no worry USC fans, the NCAA is
still investigating Reggie Bush, at this pace, Schenter will have about
ten more years to assist Trojan football players whose girlfriends have
a hard time qualifying for a Land Rover. Talk about a bailout!

wife and I rented “The Goods:Live Hard,Sell Hard”. It stars Jeremy
Piven who plays Don Ready, who leads a group of “car mercenaries” to
save a dealership. It is worth the rental, good cast, funny lines, and
junior high comedy! The Will Ferrell cameo earns it 4 out 5 PED’s.Looking for a new song- Shame on me for being behind on
good music but I stumbled across “Lonely Train” by Black Stone Cherry.
